Up for grabs is wonderful opportunity for a Patient services advisor, working closely with the team to provide excellent customer services to our homecare patient.

Working within the operational division, the advisor will be responsible for scheduling convenient days and times for delivery of prescriptions supplied by NHS.  Manage all incoming and outgoing contacts thereby providing the highest quality service possible to all of Alcura’s customers, including patients and healthcare professionals.

About You
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Previous experience within a contact centre is desirable
  • Excellent customer focus skills
  • Good communication skills
  • A good attention to detail
  • Demonstrable planning and organisation skills
  • The ability to use initiative
  • A good and coherent telephone manner
  • Sound keyboard skills
  • Microsoft Programme experience
  • Works well under pressure and in a changing environment
