About The Role
 This is a busy and demanding role. The Driver Team Manager is required to efficiently manage a team of drivers and ensure that the Service Center Transport/Fleet function delivers financial and customer service objectives, ensuring it operates legally and within all Health & Safety obligations to drivers and members of the public. It is the Driver Team Managers job is ensure that reported vehicle defects are rectified promptly to maintain a safe working environment. You will need to ensure delivery bins and returns are collected from customer premises and promptly returned to the Service Center to maintain a standard of service that our customers rely on.

About You
You will be able to demonstrate effective leadership and management skills and have commitment to the role. You should be a strong leader, able to motivate and encourage your team. You will have the ability to manage and motivate a lively team of drivers.  A knowledge of transport legislation and Health & Safety legislation are essential.

Ideally you will have previous experience as a Transport Supervisor, Transport Manager, Driver Team Leader, Driver Manager or similar.
