We have wonderful opportunity for a Warehouse Administration Manager, as part of the site Management Team, to support within our Operations category. Working closely with the Nottingham SC operations team to support our suppliers and Customers, this role provides managing your own team whilst at the same time undertaking varied tasks provided as part of your development by the Service Centre Manager.

Working within the wholesale division, you will be responsible analysing, processing and actioning real time performance data, ensuring Good Distribution Practice (GDP)  compliance, providing annualized hours follow-up, and driving Health and Safety adherence, this role supports improvements in site standards through the development of new processes & efficiencies. This role is extremely varied, with no two days the same.

The working hours for this role are:

Mon-Fri 08:00 – 16:00hrs, as part of the site management team you are required to be flexible, based on the needs of the business.

About You

Ideally you will have experience in a similar role with a successful track record within an Administration environment, in particular a management role; however we are keen to give opportunities to those who are ready for the next level in their career.

You will be thorough, meticulous and organisation will be key for you. Knowledge of the healthcare market would be helpful. You will be a team-playing self-starter and be able to demonstrate initiative, identifying opportunities and efficiencies. With strong attention to detail and a desire for things to be ‘done right’, excellent interpersonal skills will be evident along with a ‘can do’ attitude. We’re in this together!
