  • To achieve the agreed productivity level.
  • Responsible for the removal of the bin from the track and matching it with the correct exception slip from the Automat printer.
  • Responsible for actioning exception in route order if necessary - giving special attention to any special check orders and hospitals orders (any special check orders to be recorded on special check sheets and then passed over to packing to be double checked).
  • All exceptions to be signed and stapled to pick list.  "Q" exceptions to be double checked and signed by both parties.
  • Responsible for checking all parts of a multi-part order before sending over to packing.
  • Must bring to the attention of the Automat Controller any technical errors and any channels that are continually empty.
  • To ensure the exception area is kept tidy throughout the shift.
About You

All staff are expected to understand the principles of Good Distribution Practice of Medicinal Products for Human Use (2013/C 68/01) which is reflected in our SOP – REF Chapter 1 AHDL GDP 1.1. It will be a requirement for all staff to be trained in this SOP and have an annual refresher. All other GDP training will be job specific and as per your personal training matrix
