About The Role

An excellent opportunity to join an industry leader in pharmaceutical wholesaler. Developing and testing your skills as a Tele support Executive. To generate sales through the many offers and discounts Alliance Healthcare promotes to existing and new customers. Maintaining revenue and driving new business. The individual would be expected to work with the field sales team and many other customer facing departments.

A bit about your responsibilities in the role:

  • Maximise customers order value by driving the benefits of discounts available to customers and ensuring customers are utilising the available offers in the business, increasing sales and compliance.
  • You shall be planning and organizing outbound calls and ensuring that calls are made in accordance with agreed schedules
  • To achieve core business KPI’s by consulting with our customers on how they can maximise spend, working closely with the business mentors in the field.
  • To understand each of the Forte schemes in order to keep customers compliant.
  • Responsibility for the management, development and sales performance of Forte customers.
