Alliance Healthcare Retirement Savings Plan (AHRSP)

Whatever your age or circumstances, saving for your retirement over the long term is recognised as one of the best ways of building up a nest egg for the future. Alliance Healthcare are committed to helping you save for retirement as part of your overall benefits package. You are eligible to join the AHRSP after three months’ service.

Recognition scheme

Our team members regularly do an amazing job, and we want them to know we appreciate their efforts. After seeking staff feedback, we developed our ‘Step Up and Stand Out’ scheme to recognise those colleagues who make an outstanding contribution for the benefit of the business, and help make Alliance Healthcare a great place to work.

These inspiring people are nominated by their colleagues or managers for demonstrating one or more our core values of trust, care, innovation, partnership and dedication. To be successful, you’ll not only do your day-to-day job brilliantly well, but also continually go above and beyond expectations. Could that be you?

There are three ways that you can give or receive recognition:

STEPPING UP

To thank a colleague for doing a fantastic job, present them with our specially designed Thank You card. Make someone’s day by giving them some thanks!

EXTRA STEPS

This is a quarterly award that recognises colleagues, or teams, for going above and beyond their day job.

If your nominee wins, they’ll receive a £100 cash bonus, plus a prize from our 'Box of Tricks' up to the value of £25. That’s sure to put a smile on their face, and shows how much we value their efforts.

EXTRA MILE

Once a year, we say a very special ‘thank you’ to the shining stars of our business who live and breathe our values - trust, care, innovation, partnership and dedication.

This truly special award recognises up to three notable and extraordinary colleagues across our company each year.

Nominees are judged by our Executive Leadership Team. These reputable winners serve as a true inspiration to us all, and enjoy a prize of £1,000 plus an extra day of annual leave for the duration of their career at Alliance Healthcare.
